1867, Dec.12th/13th, lettersheet (3 pages) handwritten and signed by Werner MUNZINGER, from SENAFE (Napier Headquarter) to his brother Walther. Munzinger, a Swiss linguist and traveller, who was appointed British consul at Massawa and after 1868 French consul at the same town; 1871 it was named Khedive Ismail Governor (Bey). This document is of great historic interest considering Munzinger a man that rendered valuable aid to the Abyssinian expedition 1867/68. UNIQUE.
